doing something morally wrong but feel no guilt

doing something that you think is morally wrong is, as far as i can see, is always assoiated with the person in question feeling guilt.
on the other hand some people do morally wrong things (or at least what say 99% of people think is wrong) but dont think its morally wrong and feel no guilt.
i think the above is correct?

what im interested in (and cant find any discussion about it) is when a person does something which they themselves believes is morlly wrong but feels no guilt about doing it.
is there a word for this or is it common or a characteristic of a type of person etc?

reason i ask is i find myself doing something i think is wrong but i do it for self gain and because of that i think thats why i feel no guilt.

is my reasoning flawed? do i actually think it is moral or could i be hiding guilt?

im not talking about stealing a loaf of bread to feed a starving family sort of thing.

A sociopath will feel indifferent towards guilt for something they know to be wrong.
