Most of you will have seen these pics or something similar.. Anyone got a good explanation for them ?

It's clear that they are for spraying something, isn't it ?

It doesn't appear to be just being transported, these things look like permanent fixtures.

"The image is of flight testing equipment. Tanks of water are used to simulate the weight of passengers (without using real people) and the fluidity and pumping equipment allows the weight distribution to be altered".

These have come up before and all seem to come from the same source.

However in reality they are much more likely to be pictures of planes undergoing flight tests. The barrels are filled with water and placed like that to more precisely match the distribution of weight of the passengers they are intended to carry.

The last few are of a plane used for atmospheric and weather research.

why not buy a couple of dozen crash test dummies

So try this out for conspiracy

done a search for GSY chemicals

    http://guanshinyeh.com.tw/e2.php?company=3

We are specializing in DOW chemical, as well as exclusive dealer of Vertellus and Chemrez products in Taiwan

The US-Chinese joint venture Vertellus is currently the world leader in pyridine production.

Available data indicate that "exposure to pyridine in drinking-water led to reduction of sperm motility at all dose levels in mice and increased estrous cycle length at the highest dose level in rats

Because ones that are of proper weight are expensive. Plus they would be a lot more awkward to put in place in the plane and store between tests. And then it would be even more awkward and inefficient to redistribute the weight in flight.

Are you suggesting my explanation is less likely than a global conspiracy to spray us with something that leaves no evidence and has no effect for no plausible reason, which involves millions of workers, pilots and air traffic controllers etc who are all somehow kept completely and perfectly quiet, except of course those few photos that somehow leaked and just so happened to show a label that gives the entire game away....?

Don't they test that type of thing on the ground in a simulator, wind tunnel type scenario ? Cant computers figure that stuff out ?

Planes and ships still need to take real air and sea trials

Two of the original pics are from the 747-8 test plane

If they are going to do chem trails they are will hire in a company like Evergreen. They have several kitted out 747's tanker aircraft. :)

F1 teams and the like struggle to understand aerodynamics on a 640kg vehicle on the ground at 200mph. A team tried making a car using only CFD and failed massively. Scale that up in weight, speed and volume and the computational power, let alone the power needed from a wind tunnel to simulate the wind speeds a plane will go through. Nevermind the differences in weight distribution etc.
Also there's such a thing as ground effect, wings and aerofoils act differently when they get close enough to the ground and can create massive pressure differences, something which could be an issue in a 5-600mph wind tunnel.

Fill the barrels with beer, clear a dance floor in the centre, and you've got the greatest party plane ever!
