Are you sure its firing up to 330fps?

have clocked it at 290 - 320, as i am sure you know fps very much depends on temp with our weather i would air on the 280fps but the twist barrel makes up for any power issues

300 F.P.S Average over many crono's but boyle law for the expasion of gases clearly states the following:
Boyle's law (sometimes referred to as the Boyle–Mariotte law) states that the absolute pressure and volume of a given mass of confined gas are inversely proportional, if the temperature remains unchanged within a closed system.[1][2] Thus, it states that the product of pressure and volume is a constant for a given mass of confined gas as long as the temperature is constant. The law was named after chemist and physicist Robert Boyle, who published the original law in 1662.[3]

Hi wilsa,

What Andy is getting at there is you stated a muzzle velocity of up to 330fps - that would legally make this a firearm (as the limit is 328fps with a 0.2g bb).

If it's chronoing consistently at around 300fps then it's fine to sell here, just need to edit your ad to keep everything above board.
