Started a new job 4 weeks ago. Was told I would have to do 2 back weeks.

I started on a Thursday, I got paid for that week but that didnt include my commission. It was meant to be paid on a friday but didnt go through until Monday.

Last Friday I was meant to get my first full weeks wages i, basic and commission , there is till no sign of it yet. I phoned my boss friday and he said it was because I dont bank with AIB. I cant imagine that im the only one who doesn't bank with AIB in the company.

They seem like a legit company, they sell their products in all the major retail stores but I dont really trust them. I was meant to get sales reports every week to see how much I was selling/making but havnt received a thing.

I cant imagine that if he did put my wages through on Friday why i still havnt got them yet. Ive spent a fortune on diesel, phone and especially child minders.

    I bank with permanent tsb

You really need to go to HR or the person in charge and sit down and find out what the hell is going on. I know that you're in a new job and you don't want to be causing trouble, but you have worked 4 weeks without pay and that is not sustainable. Spell it out that you need money in order to pay bills and fill the car with diesel.

If it's a genuine issue, they should be very accommodating. Sometimes the paperwork is left undone and people can be lazy. If they are being awkward and making excuses, then I'd be wondering what is going on. Especially since you are on commission and the reports aren't being done either.
