Power City delivery charges?

Does anyone know what the deal is with power city delivery charges when ordering something online? I decided to get a new TV instead of saorview box and found a decent combi on the power city website.

First spotted it about a month ago but couldn't order then and there because of the Ulster Bank debacle, but did check the delivery charge and it was €9.95. Money got sorted in the past week, checked again and the delivery charge was up to €14.95 just yesterday...went to finally buy it today after making sure there was definitely enough cash in the account and it was €19.95

I would understand money coming on or off the product itself if I happened to spot it in a sale etc but it seems bizarre that the delivery charge for the exact same product would change so much day-to-day.

Odd. I'm getting €9.95 for the 16" combi, or in some cases, free delivery going for a 47" TV. Clear your browser cache?
