Female only swimming classes?

    I am just wondering does anybody know of any female only swimming classes, I would love to take up swimming and am really self-concious (dont worry its not that I am some crazy woman who hates men lol) I had a quick look online and cant seem to find any...so any help would be appreciated so much!

    i previously worked in a pool where the local ICA took a weekly private session which they used for "Ladies Only" swimming lessons

    I don't know where you are based but in Dublin, Coolmine Sports Centre (http://www.coolminesports.ie/) at the back of Blanchardstown shopping centre seem to run swimming lessons for females only a couple of times a week.
