Help with Chess puzzle

I was wondering if someone here could help me with the below puzzle:

It's a geocache puzzle in Bratislava which is based around chess.
I haven't played chess in many years, and have only ever played it on an actual board so most of the language in the puzzle is Greek to me.
The instructions on for this puzzle are on the above webpage. The english translation is a bit further down the page.

Hopefully someone can help out here!

The first puzzle is a very simple one move checkmate.
The second is slightly more difficult but using the concept of a double-check (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_check) you should find it.
