hey people , whats the best way to connect a Boss TU3 Chromatic Tuner to Boss DD3 Delay Pedal ???

the tuner has a output and bypass on the left side and then the input on the right

and the DD2 Delay has output on the left and input and direct out on the right

so whats the best way to connect the guitar and amp to these ???

ie which ports am i using to link them and what port to put instrument and amp into

Connect your guitar to input of tuner, connect out or bypass of tuner(doesn't really matter/one will have tuner always on and one will mute the signal when you turn on the tuner) to input of Delay and then output of Delay to your amp. The direct out of the tuner is your dry undelayed signal if you ever need that.
