    Hi I just moved to Castleknock & rented a 3 bed dublex in collegewood. I thought it would be easy enough to rent out the other two rooms in the duplex for 350 pm, but put them on daft & getting almost zero calls.

    Is during the summer a bad time to rent in Castleknock & if so when does the rental market pick up(September?). Do you think 350 pm is too expensive for an okay size room. Thanks

    Not many people would want to be paying that much if they are only Sub-letting and sharing. Also they would probably not be covered under tennancy law etc. Is Subletting allowed in your lease?

    350 per room would be fine if it was split between 3 friends or students.
