rare diseases information

    twins with a very complex rare disease who need to be treated by a specialised team, is this possible in ireland.
    also both want to get to the Mayo Clinic to try stem the process as both on the decline.
    the twins have a syndrome now deemed eradicated through vaccination programmes.
    the body ages ten times faster than the normal body and life expectancy is 60yrs.
    they reach this in november.
    both are really quite sick now and have little family support.
    so any advice on these matters so gratefully received.:)
