The edges of my window seal where the glass goes into the door at the bottom are a bit green looking, whats the best product to restore them

Use baby wipes to clean the edges down and then use something like AutoGlym Vinyl & Rubber Care to clean and protect it http://www.autoglym.com/enGB/product-proddetail.asp?v06VQ=HE&Range=1

If around tree's or that this is the problem it gets everywhere on the car if you find it's stuburn to remove there is great stuff from autoglym smells bit like thiners and that with a little rub takes sap, black spots, tar and green scum off.

Toothbrush, as mentioned, and APC, agitate and rinse off with a power washer.
