Two friends and myself are going renting a 4 bed house in Terenure and are looking to rent out the 4th bedroom.

It's a single room but not very small. There is a bed and wardrobe in the room and space for a desk. The rent will be around 270 (prob less) a month, excluding bills. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk to a Dublin Bus 17 stop that goes straight to UCD.

Two of us are 2nd year nursing students in UCD, so we will need someone that's not too disruptive. Professional preferred, or 2nd year student upwards.

We will be moving in mid-August and rent will need to start then. Full year lease.
