Looking for a rough guesstimate for a complete overhaul revamp of a 5 bed house that has seen better days! roughly 120 sq meters in size. Would need to pump walls, and pump attic. New kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new carpets for the lot. Double glaze windows (15) and doors front and back. paint etc. would 50,000/60,000 cover…
