[Available] Rooms available in pretty Maynooth house

It's a 4 person house and there's 2 rooms available. Double-ensuite and normal double. Landlady specifies postgrads or professionals or at least students of postgrad age (i.e. 22+) and no smokers. Unless you smoke very very occasionally and do it outside. The rent is... currently being negotiated with the landlady because we've been there a year and have been lovely tenants so we're hoping she brings it down. But as of right now we pay an average (meaning more or less depending on the quality of room) of 360. But if you came to see it you'd see why. It's lovely. Anyway, PM me for more details because the house is lovely I can't possibly fit it all here.
