Looking for a wee bit of advice. Should I be worried if one of the soles on a pair of trainers squeaks? Is it likely that there could be damage to the shoe? Not sure about the mileage on them but it'd be fair to middlin'...... It's a pair of adizero boston's...

Sometimes it can be caused by the insole squeaking against the inside of shoe. You could try taking out the insole, sprinkling some baby powder into shoe, tap out excess powder, refit insole and try.

Can be that the adiprene is puntured.

that doesn't sound good.. Would it be obvious if this was the case? Would they be only good for the bin if this had happened?
