    Some people may find use for these...

    As per title, french registrar gandi.net -- who I've used for a few years without issue, not the cheapest but nice system to use -- have an offer of .eu domain registrations @ €1+vat.
    [until July31; or limit of 4000 domains taken up in offer]

    Important: minimum payment €5 (Visa/MC), €14(PayPal) -- any overpayment on small order goes on your gandi account for future use. [Not ideal]
