    If you are talking about this song (Robert M. & Barillo - Latino), the lyrics that are published all over the place (the ones you asked for) are completely wrong. They real ones are:

    Vive la vida
    Mueve el cuerpo al compas
    Que sepas que el tiempo que poco a poco ya se va

    It sounds similar, but the ones you posted doesn't make any sense, specially the third line.

    The translation:

    Live the live
    Move your body with the rhythm
    You should know that you are slowly running out of time (free translation, the direct translation would be "time is leaving little by little")


    As usual, when you translate lyrics they sound much worse :P
