Only picture I could get because I wasnt bothered skipping through PPV's to sceencap him. I've seen him at lots of WWF/E PPVS and this pictures from an ECW event. Is he a plant or connected with any of the promotions ? Surely some of you have noticed him too?. edit: hes your man in the shades

Those three were always ringside on all the ECW stuff. I'd say they have some cool stories.
