Changing from credits to jsa

    Hi

    I went from collecting jsb to then signing on for credits (complicated situation but it was my own decision to not collect jsa). However that was a few months ago and I was wondering if anybody knew if I could change from being on credits for a few months to collecting jsa?

    Probably an unusual situation, I know. Thanks for any help.

    Yes you can. Jsa will be means tested.

    No just tell them you want to apply for jsa. If your means are deemed in excess you can make a credits claim again.
