cooker door hinges

The door came off the cooker and both hinges are very stiff to move, I think some catches have to be lifted up but I cant get at them. Is there a knack to getting them open?? Its a whirlpool standalone fan assisted one Thanks

the door has to be seperated inner from outer to access the hinges .if you check youtube you will find a video on how to replace if needed.most makes and models are very similar.
