Land Registry Mapping

I'm after receiving a letter from a solicitor regarding a land registry map I prepared on the 2nd June 2004, with them stating that Land Registrys mapping requirements are not being met as the map must be in digital format. Back in 2004 there was no PRAI and no digital format and it seems to me that solicitor has only recently filed the map and has gotten the rejection as the new rules apply. Can anyone else remember when the PRAI came in to force and the new requirements were enforced as I need to reply to them within 3 weeks.

The Property Registration Authority (PRA) was established on 4 November 2006 under the provisions of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006.

But before that the Land Registry carried out largely the same functions re. registered land.

    Digital mapping commenced mid-2005.
