I need a bit of advice about audio outputs/inputs.I have two Panasonic twintuner Bluray recorders. One Freesat and the other Freeview+. I also have a HD satellite receiver. All three units have both an optical and coaxial outputs. Unfortunatly my Phillips soundbar has only a coaxial input. Is there any way I can connect the three units to the soundbar? I can find an optical switch but failed to come across a suitable coaxial one.I anything out there that will solve the problem? Any advice greatly received. TMULL

    Maplins have these units ,

    http://www.maplin.co.uk/optical-to-coaxial-digital-audio-convertor-29293

That would enable you to use the optical switch youve already seen.

If Ive gotten it the wrong way around , these units are directional , then not to worry as maplins have both optical to coax and coax to optical units , they are the same price.

Andy ,researched this but it has only one in and one out.Would anyone know if a three in optical switch and one out to an optical/coaxial converter would work?TMULL
