nissan micra boot lock - need help

2004 nissan micra 1.2ltr, car was purchased and had boot lock completely distroyed and so wouldnt close. I know the boot switch give loads of trouble due to water leaking into them. I checked with multimeter and power is going to the actually lock and also checked the boot switch and where there are 2 wires one yellow the…

I know the boot switch give loads of trouble due to water leaking into them.
I checked with multimeter and power is going to the actually lock and also checked the boot switch and where there are 2 wires one yellow the other black going into it and neither seem to have any power going to them.

I checked the fuses under the steering wheel and all seem ok, is their another fuse box in the car anywhere??
