    hi

    im getting one of these errors in system event viewer every 3/4 minutes

    anyone know what the problem could be?

    also says this :

    The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2.

    Basically it's an issue somewhere between your mobo and (unless you've unusual hardware) a CD/DVD drive. It generally points to a hardware issue. If your comfortable with it, first port of call is to check/recable your CD/DVD drives.

    i disabled both dvd drives but the error is still happening
