Meditators in Sligo?

    I'm making a documentary film about meditation. I'd like to talk to people who meditate. About what it means to them and how it fits into their lives.

    I'm interested in meditators of all types. Beginners, experienced or occasional. Whether you meditate on your own or in a group. Religious or not. Any tradition or no tradition. If you do anything that you call meditation, I'd like to meet you.

    I'm based in Sligo/Leitrim so it would be great to hear from local people.

    I would suggest you contact Angelworld on Hyde Bridge. They have a morning of meditation coming up in August.
