    Hi, I have some things for sale on adverts.ie

    A buyer said he sent the money a week ago (cash in envelope, just a fiver) but I haven't received it yet.

    What do you do in this situation as he says he sent it yet I have not received it?

    Wait on till you get the cash then send the item.

    If he chose to send cash in the post then that is the risk he is taking and not your problem.

    I sent a tenner to a seller on the same site as it would have cost me €1.50 for a postal order but new it was a risk I was taking but could afford to take it but happily it arrived safely.

    Pity everyone hasn't got Paypal accounts:p



    Don't worry about it.
