Am in Japan at the moment and flying out from Osaka tomorrow. 6.30pm, turns out every hotel and hostel in Osaka, Kyoto and Kobé are fully booked out because of festivities starting tonight. Never been in this situation before. 24 hour internet cafes don't seem to exist either. Considering just going to the airport and trying to kip there which sucks because my flight isn't until around 4pm.

    Any ideas?

    New Capsule Hotel Aldebaran

I've never tried a capsule hotel, but its an experience I'm told!

About 20 euro, so you can get a taxi to the airport too. About 20km away.

Plus the airport spa opens at 8am so treat yourself before flying

Ha thanks yeah, I tried to book that place but I had the ol' problem of my credit card name format being: Mr 'initial' Surname.

A lot of websites won't accept this as it has credit card details as 'name' and 'surname'.

Found a 24 hour webcafe though with booths for sleeping in.

I went to a bar, then when it closed just went to the airport.

Slept in the airport in Poznan after the Euros, was after about ten pints and fell asleep no bother :)
