I've been having a gawk at daft.ie and there seems to be a good few places around Rathmines/Ranelagh that aren't wildly expensive. Close enough to town, but also near green line luas for those early mornings out in Sandyford!

Naturally my paw is firmly placed on a wooden table as I type... Only a few more weeks until we know for certain!
