I need to get some fairly extensive crown/bridgework done on my teeth but I don't have a clue where to go or how much to pay (though I know it's gonna be a lot). So can anyone recommend a good place please?

I'm open to going abroad, up to Northern Ireland, or even staying in Ireland(!) - preferably along the east coast.

the dentist! either he'll do it himself or refer you to a prosthodontist who's a specialist.
either of them may advise an alternative due to a number of factors
