1.3mb Download Speed Max With Eircom 24mb

    wtf?

    Not happy. Have a Zyxel router & can't login with default password (broadband1) either.

    What do I do/can Eircom do to improve these speeds to be more in line with the package I signed up for?

    1st of all is it 1.3mb or 1.3mbits?
    If second its not bad at all as for NGB.
    Anyway its UP TO 24mb

    There is no difference between 1.3mb or 1.3mbits.
    Probably you mean "1.3MB or 1.3Mb"
