I am really considering getting my iPhone 4S custom coloured.

I saw a UK based company mendmyi.com do it and for relatively cheap but I'm wondering if anyone has tried it or do you know of any other similar websites?

    Thanks

I suppose getting that union jack cover would make your phone theft proof here in ireland

Very true, however I would never waste 100 quid on getting a union jack on my phone

It would definitely be a waste!

I carry my my iPhone 4 with no case and I'm quite a fan of the original styling, having said that a white iphone with green/red trim looks great in the previewer they have!

They seem to not have any bad reviews on the internet so seem safe! I haven't dealt with them but it doesn't seem very risky at all or anything

They don't seem risky, but I emailed them and asked wether they alter the current parts or replace them altogether and they said they replace the original parts with new ones, so I'm curious to see it the parts are good quality!

I can recommend ifix Isle of Man. Not Irish based, but he's done a couple of repairs for me and is sound.

Is it the faceplates you want to change? Some people have said the replacement lcd can have a slight yellow hue compared to the original but other than that it's a straight forward job. The home button can be a bit off colour too.

I was thinking about this but after reading lots of reviews and how-tos etc I decided to just go with some Spectra Wraps from the Lucky Labs. They often have 15/25% off coupons on their Facebook and delivery is about a week from Washington USA. Initially I had plain shiny white body with green side wraps, now I'm using a white teksure skin with blue side wraps. Not everybody's cup of tea ofc.
