    Hi,

My old laptop died out on me recently, and I've been looking into buying a new one. I'd mainly be doing video editing with Sony Vegas Pro 10.0c, and was wondering if my specifications are up to scratch.

    CPU: i3 2350 2.4Ghz
    RAM: 4GB
    HDD: 500GB
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000

I've used sony vegas on machines with lesser specs.
if this is for home movies and the likes you should be ok.

If you're planning do heavy HD video editing then you may be closer to the lower end than what's recommended. But as already mentioned, if you're just doing it casually then you should be fine.

Thanks for the feedback so far!
I wouldn't be doing any intensive 1080p rendering, just 720p videos of varying length, but probably not going over 25 mins max. How am I set?
