Motor goes down but window doesn't unless you use your hand, I opened the door up and whatever kind of glue was holding the window is dried up. anyone know what to get to stick the window back in place.

i'm sure some one will suggest something better but you could try "tiger seal" its a very strong adhesive sealant used to hold down spoilers and keep body trim on.

There are no plastic clips holding the window in place?

The clips are there but it's some sort of glue that holds the window inside them
