Short term cure for toothache.

    If you have toothace as I have had for the past 2 days you will know the pain can be extermely bad. The ultimate cure is of course to go to the dentist. While waiting for this people (myself included) use various painkillers, but there are times when the pain gets so bad that you are in tears. I have a new suggestion that worked for me.

    Mix Cayenne pepper, Tobasco, salt and garlic in a pestle and mortar. Dip cotton wool in the mixture and dab on the offending tooth for 3 - 5 minutes. This kills the pain

    Cloves or clove oil works for some pulpitis type tooth aches, only long term solution is dental treatment.

    I would add that to some tomato juice and lots of vodka! Then take 3 solpadine and dab clove oil on the offending tooth! ;)

    decapitation , but its fairly long term as well.

    in truth , that mouth ulcer stuff is pretty good .
