DHL custom charge payment.

    This may be the wrong section, but can you pay the delivery driver by cash? The girl in that department of DHL said no but the driver says I can? What to do?

    Hello,
    pay the driver. DHL will pay customs all and u pay DHL. This is what I do once a week.

    Dhl use there own money and then get it off you. Make sure to send invoice asap if they ask for it. Every day its in customs they charge u €10 and more for insurance. My last parcel was there for 2 days. The vat that should of been paid was €50 but it was €110 as they charge insurance and more. You also pay vat on them. Try to get sorted asap
