Hi all,
Im working in various countries around the world for various uk companies and have been advised to set my own limited company up. I am wondering weather it is best to setup in the uk or in ireland tax wise. I found a setup company that will provide me with a uk address for setting up and a mail forwarding service. Is there anything i should watch out for and anything i need to know about my tax situation if i setup in the uk as i am living in Donegal. Also if anyone knows any good accountaqnts based in northern ireland please pm me
