Facebook old friend experience

    After weeks of watching and waiting tonight I finally pressed that add friend button on a old friend, I know this isn't really important To most, but I went through weeks of a traumatic experience trying to find the right moment that I'm happy with. I know this is abit stupid and everything but I'm abit shy And I quite nervous about adding him I haven't seen him in nearly 6/7 years.

    I was quite surprised in myself when I done it because I thought I would never do I to be honest lol, But I just wanted to share this experience And Im wondering did anybody else have the same kind of experience?

    Also believe it or not were talking which is something I wasn't nearly expecting :)

    OP people add friends all the time on FB and some of them havent spoken in years maybe even a decade and its no big deal, I really dont know what you would be nervous about FB isnt real life

    But glad you felt some achievement in doing what you did and glad you had a good out come.

    Why were you so anxious about it?
    Did you think he wouldn't reply? Is he an ex?

    Facebook is not real life but there are real people with real feelings involved.

    PI is an advice forum, rather than a share/discuss/debate forum - is there some aspect of this which you require advice on?
