Quick question, my mother died last year and left her house to my two kids and I. A one third share each, got a form from the Revenue yesterday looking for Capital gains for both kids.I have dropped the for to my solicitor who is looking after the estate.
The house is worth about €200,000 any idea of how much tax would be payable.

What's the actual form they received?
