    First off the post doesn't have any attachments. Secondly the attachment links don't work. So I'm going to say no, it doesn't work all that well or the poster doesn't quite know how it works.

    As to whether or not it's enabled - that's a yes, it is. If and when a bug appears please be sure to file it here so we can have a look :)
