    Hi

Was wondering would people here recommend a retailer (and a brand) to pick up something to buff out a few small scratches from car (black metallic paint)

I saw one person buff out a minor scratch with 2 sponges and a tube of white stuff

Is it this easy to do (apologies for this basic question!)?

Thanks in advance for any replies!

you need a good quality polish, but before that you need to wash the car and use a clay bar.

after that you can try polish to take out marks.

I have not got around to polishing my car, but i would imagine its at least 4 hours work, all in.

Go to autocare in dundrum or bray and tell them you need compound and good polish for fixing up the paint. They will tell you everything you need to know Get a buffer will help take some of the marks out you wouldnt by hand
