SaveOnLaptops Problem

Trying to buy my new Toshiba, but to no avail. Saveonlaptops won't accept my debit card details. It keeps saying it's a credit card! Which it's not.

Anyone had this problem with them before?

Can you try contacting SOL customer service ?

I left them a message as to why I had to abort checkout, that was only a short time ago though, they may respond yet.

Did you manage to get it sorted out? I wonder if it's just Irish cards it has a problem with, or are they the same as the one's in the UK

I had this problem with another online laptop retailer last year. It turned out that I needed to phone my credit card company to get the transaction authorized given its large monetary amount.

Slightly inconvenient, but a great security feature. Try your bank

No, I couldn't. Their support said they'd look into it....
