Bike Fit Donegal

Anyone able to recommend somewhere in donegal (Letterkenny/Ballybofey area but can travel) that can do a proper measured bike fit for me. I got my bike a couple of months ago and the LBS done the fit by eye and it took all of two minutes. While i am reasonably comfortable on the bike i suffer from knob numbness after maybe 30/40minutes in the saddle and the balls of my palms get sore after riding for a while (although its nothing too bad and i could put up with it if everything else was pain free) I plan to play around with the saddle position myself (move it forward with slight downward tilt) but ideally i'd like it done properly by someone who uses more than just sight. Any recommendations?
