Low cost reliable telephone system for small office

Looking for a recommendation for a telephone system for a small office.

Will have 2 lines, 3 extensions, will need to be able to hold and transfer calls and have an in built answering machine.

I don't want to spend huge money as it will be for a new start up business.

Any ideas regarding installation charges would be helpful too.

You could also stick and on adverts.ie or done deal looking for a good used system
