    Hey guys,
New to the forum so not sure if I'm breaking any rules, but I'll go ahead and see where this gets me :P

Myself and some buddies (graphic designers) are looking to create a YouTube video(s) to showcase some of Ireland's most talented extreme sports people, and to just have some fun creating it!

We're big into mountain biking and surfing, and always up for trying something new. And if you partake in any sports (anything at all) and would like to be involved in the filming, please drop me a PM and we can discuss things further.

If this is breaking forum rules please remove/lock and apologies in advance!

    Cheers,

    Alan :)

i think motocross would give you great footage. I do it regularly and its great fun and mad at the same time. go to www.motocross.ie and contact some of the clubs and tracks,im sure they would like the advertisement and youd get great footage.

It could be cool to find some guys doing 80kph+ decents on road bikes.
I've tried loads of extreme sports but nothing scares me as much as flying down a mountain with only a thin layer of lycra as protection.

    Great responses, thanks everyone! :D

What we're looking for is people (individuals or groups) who want to share their stories on film, so we can portray they're passion, excitement and devotion for the sports they are involved in. Outdoor stuff would also be particularly good so we could include a bit of an Irish element within the videos, show off how much Ireland has to offer and the following of the Irish people within all the extreme sports! I have a lot of people showing interest which is great to see, I'm actually a bit overwhelmed by the amount of responses!

I'll be checking out some of the above mentioned links during the week and if anyone know's anyone directly who would be interested, please pass on my boards details to them or visa versa! :)

Reckon you could get some pretty good footage of hurling action - high-catching amidst a plethora of hurls; blocking etc. The definition of "extreme" is subjective and anyone outside of Ireland who sees it is always blown away by it.

    My 2 cents.....
