Thought it would be an interesting topic. You come across all types of characters and temperaments on a golf course but generally i think you can split them in two categories. 1. Complete and utter arseholes 2. Decent human beings out to play an enjoyable sport.

Me personally i always try and encourage a warm friendly atmosphere when playing with friends, strangers or when you meet another group along the way. I have massive highs and lows throughout a round. Wanting to give up the game one minute and thinking iv a career in this the next! Hand up iv thrown a club once or twice in rage :o Not at anyone . Im very considerate for other players and expect very little back. Id never have a go at someone for walking across my line even. I suppose you could say im sound :D

Id love to hear from you if you are one of those grumpy bastards who sets out to look for a row every round and why you bother playing if playing puts you in such a horrible mood that you end upsetting other lads games.
