Sorry I didn't know where else to put this. I just get the game and I'm sure I tried to make an EA account before but it kept failing. Pretty sure that EA operate a 16 and over policy. Whatever email address you used to set the account up had details of your age that EA pulled and deemed to be under this age limit. You will need to set up a new account.
