Does anyone know if the Tennis Courts are free to play on or have to pay to play?

I've played there a few times in the Summer and once there was nobody else there, there was nothing to stop you just getting started. I'm quite sure they're free, though maybe someone more local can confirm.

Fantastic place to play on a sunny afternoon. Great scenery.
