Damaged goods from Amazon.co.uk?

    Hi Guys,

    I bought a PC Case from Amazon last week and received it yesterday but only opened the packaging today as I got more parts from a different website today.

    However I have noticed the sheet metal in the PC case is warped and there is also some cosmetic damage on the front of the case. I've never returned anything to Amazon, what is the situation to send it back? The postage will cost me alot if I have to pay to return it, ideally I just want a replacement product instead.

    Damaged Items
    If you receive an item that's damaged, visit our Online Returns Centre and choose "Return Items." At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.

    Their refund procedure is very easy to go through. You print out their postage sticker and post it back to them. No cost to you, which saves the hassle of paying for postage and claiming it back afterwards.
