legal issues getting holiday pay

I worked as a locum in 2009 and 2010 and was paid through PAYE
I realised recently that i was not paid my holiday pay by a number of employers.
I wrote to them all and all paid me except one. He just ignores my emails, letters and calls.
What is the best step to take next?
Are NERA any good in this situation?

There is also another employer whose's payslips I have lost but I am pretty sure I didn't get holiday pay off him either. I asked him and he said he didn't know and made it clear he had no intention of getting a copy of the payslip to check.
Am i entitled to request a copy of the payslip or is it tough luck on me since I didn't retain it in the first place?

Possibly under the Data Protection Act.

    Talk to NERA.

    (1) The revenue have records of what you were supposed to have been paid by a particular employer in a particular year. They can tell you this. You can cross-check with your bank statements.

    (2) There must be a record of your rate of pay e.g. your contract.

    (3) You probably have a work diary that tells you what days/weeks you were there.

From these three bits of information, you can calculate yourself whether you got your holiday pay or not. Do this before taking the matter further.
