    Most of the big chains have denny's turkey/chicken sausages and rashers

    I find these very hard to find in general

    Have never seen in tesco, dunnes, supervalue etc

    Only occasionally in superquinn

    I get the rashers in Tesco all the time.

    I'm pretty sure those are just thin, unflavoured, slices of turkey meat. Not the same as smoke-flavoured "Turkey Bacon" that you read about on American websites. The American stuff looks and apparently tastes like bacon.
